FALL 2010 Mystery story writing
All readers like a good scare or a puzzle to figure out! Now it’s your turn to let your imagination free and see if you can create the perfect “Whodunnit?”
We are sponsoring a new, mystery story writing contest!
It starts with you and your imagination – it can be about anything!
- It can be as simple as the case of the missing sock or as complicated as who kidnapped the gym teacher?
- Write it to keep us guessing
We want to hear it, read it or see it! Write in one of these ways:
- Use your computer or communication device to type it out
- Create your own story book with pictures (we’ll scan it)
- Use your computer to record your voice telling the story
- Create a PowerPoint, Clicker, or Classroom Suite book
- You can illustrate it if you like using:
- (electronic or hand drawn / scanned) or
- "Public domain" pictures or clip art
Send your Mystery Story to Virtual Voices Village by 4:00pm. Friday, December 17th, 2010 and your story will be reviewed by our panel of judges. First prize is a Kindle e-book Reader, 2nd and 3rd prizes are .mp3 players, and 4th and 5th prizes are Apple Store gift cards!
We can’t wait to hear, read or see your stories!
