Shayne (Parksville)

I am Shayne.  Here are my dreams for the future.

One of My Dreams for the future is to play on the Vancouver Canucks and go onto the playoffs.  I want to do that because I have always dreamed of being on the Canucks team.   I play hockey. I also want to be a famous basketball player because I am on the grade eight girls basketball team at Oceanside Middle School.

I want to be a horse trainer.  I ride horses and I have a horse named Buddy. Me and my sister share him.  I switched from English to western because I kept getting thrown off during lessons.  The horse trainer comes from Victoria.  His name is Glen and he comes to our house because we have our own riding ring. I am good with animals.  I am good with Buddy.  We have 4 cats and at the end of this month we are getting a new dog.

I always want to live in Qualicum because it is very beautiful there. When it snows there the scenery is so beautiful because the red and purple sky in the day time it looks like a beautiful picture that a person could paint.

So my dream for the future is to play on the Vancouver Canucks because I watch almost all the games on T.V. with my Nan.  The last game I watched was against the Calgary flames and the Vancouver Canucks.  The Canucks were in the lead until those Calgary flames figured out how to kick that puck away from those Canucks.  Then the Calgary flames started to SCORE! The Calgary flames won 4 to 3 over the Vancouver Canucks.
